EDCI is NOT a bank, Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), registered stockbroker, underwriter, venture fund, or financial intermediary registered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or Reserve Bank of India (RBI). No content on this portal shall be construed as financial advice, investment solicitation, or a public equity offering.

2. Member Business Directory Listings

All business descriptions, turnover ranges, certifications, product claims, and achievements displayed in the National Entrepreneur Directory are self-declared by registered member enterprises. While EDCI conducts identity verification and administrative review before publication:

• EDCI does not warrant, verify, or guarantee the technical accuracy, commercial viability, product efficacy, or financial claims of listed ventures.
• Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a commercial warranty, quality endorsement, or credit rating by the Council.
• Visitors, investors, buyers, and partners are strictly advised to execute independent commercial due diligence prior to entering contractual commitments.

3. Bilateral Commercial & Trade Transactions

All commercial connections, purchase orders, trade contracts, MoUs, and partnerships initiated through the portal lead capture forms are strictly bilateral engagements between the inquiring visitor and the registered enterprise founder. EDCI is not a party to these transactions and disclaims any and all legal, financial, or contractual liability arising from bilateral trade disputes.

Any general advisory notes, startup guidance articles, webinars, or regional chapter feedback provided by Council coordinators or affiliated mentors are intended solely for educational and capacity-building purposes.
